Jim has been with XINC INC. since September 2005 and has over 20 years of experience managing the finances of advertising, promotion, production and marketing agencies. Prior to joining XINC, Jim was the interim CFO at the Guild Group. Prior to Guild, Jim worked with Helen as the financial manager then CFO of Reach Marketing. He is the founder of D & J Tax and Accounting Services. Jim is a CPA and a graduate of Fairfield University.
